EPFO Registration: Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) is an independent body under the control of Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. The monthly contribution towards the PF amounts to 12% of the basic salary and dearness allowance of the employee.

Permanent Account Number (PAN): Every taxpayer needs to register himself with the Income Tax Authorities and obtain a unique PAN number. Every taxpayer who is an Individual or HUF and is required to undergo tax audit under Section 44AB of the Income Tax Act, 1961 is liable to deduct TDS. Apart from this, all the company form of entities fall, compulsorily, under the TDS provisions. This number is linked to the PAN number of the entity and the registration process is completely online.
